What is Sea Moss?
Sea Moss which is often referred to and widely known as Irish Moss, is a mineral and nutrient fulfilled seaweed derivative, known by the scientific name Chondrus Crispus. It’s been consumed by humans for thousands of years, found mainly growing on rocks in the Atlantic Ocean. Our Sea Moss is directly sourced from St Lucia's pristine waters.
How to use it?
Once recieved its important to keep refrigerated. Sea Moss is then consumed in a selection of ways, from adding it to smoothies and drinks, placed into food recipes as a thickener giving 92 minerals to any dish, placed into your oatmeal recipes and can be consumed directly from the jar by itself. It is also regularly used as a face mask as it contains an abundance of minerals that the skin craves and has many anti microbial elements to protect the skin.
The main question which probably crosses many minds is how much sea moss to take daily.
The recommended dosage is around two tablespoons which will be around 40-50 grams.
